La Torretta and Il Fienile are available for rent at the following cost per week

The terms include hot water, electricity, usage of bedding,
cleaning on departure, as well as an introduction to the house
by an English-speaking local contact. There is an
extra charge for central heating, in winter or when required,
of 50 Euros per week.

Subject to availability, La Torretta can
rented at any time throughout the year.
All queries about the house and bookings can be addressed to the owners
by email. To confirm a booking,
a cheque for 160 Euros per week should be sent to the owners' bank.
Details of the payment account will be transmitted by email.
The balance should be settled four weeks before your vacation.
In case of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.
